Metal's Trumpf Flat Sheet Laser
The Laser
department at Wooten Metal was launched over five years ago
with the acquisition of a Trumpf 4000 Watt L3030 CO 2 3-axis
Flat Sheet Laser. With this technological addition to its
roster of machinery, Wooten Metal obtained the ability to
mass-produce laser cut parts made out of Mild Steel, Aluminum,
Stainless Steel, Wood, Acrylic and more sophisticated materials
like Titanium, Inconel and Hastelloy. Wooten Metals uses the
Trumpf 4000 Watt L3030 to cut parts fast and with a high degree
of accuracy.
Wooten
Metal has extensive experience in laser-cutting parts for
a wide variety of industries, Aviation, Automotive, Entertainment,
Medical and Hospitality, whose cutting needs range from simple
designs to complex ones.
Wooten
Metal also has an in-house CAD department whose professionals
can design the parts to be laser cut based on customer requirements.

After achieving a high rate of
success with this machine, Wooten Metal is planning to further
enhance its production capability by adding a new 3D 5-axis
Tube Laser.
